Precast Slab module
Tool(s): Edit Element + Element Plan
General information
You can use Additional Reinforcement to place additional reinforcement in wall or slab elements you have already defined.
When you create additional reinforcement across several elements, the reinforcement is cut automatically and assigned to the individual elements.
The following tools are available:
First block:
Straight additional bars or bent-up bars (bending shape)
Standard additional girders
Shear girders (placed manually)
Reinforcement for trimming
Longitudinal reinforcement applied to joints of precast elements
Additional meshes
Automatic stirrup cages
Automatic bent-up meshes
Automatic reinforcement components
Arc additional bars
Bent-up additional meshes
The blocks 2 to 4 contain the default settings.
Second block:
On both sides (only in the Precast Wall module)
Shows the position
You can see the selected setting in the box above the ,
and
icons. When dealing with multi-layer walls with two reinforcement layers per construction layer, you can change this setting by clicking the box and selecting the required reinforcement units in the table. After you have confirmed the table, the new setting is displayed.
Note: The prefix V identifies the visible leaf and I the invisible leaf of the multi-layer wall. Index 1 indicates the reinforcement unit of a layer that is on the side of the design identifier and index 2 indicates the reinforcement unit that is on the side opposite the design identifier.
So the V1 and I2 reinforcement units are the reinforcement layers at the surface.
Third block:
Extends the anchorage up to the edge on both sides
Extends the anchorage up to the edge at the start of the bar
Extends the anchorage up to the edge at the end of the bar
Fourth block:
Automatic labeling on/off
Display mode for the bars
