Joint Reinforcement

Tool(s): Additional Reinforcement

To place joint reinforcement

1. Click Additional Reinforcement (How).
   

   Activate Additional Reinforcement in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Create Precast Factories Precast Floor

   • Palette: Tools Create area in the following module(s):

   Precast Floor

2. On the Additional Reinforcement Context toolbar, click Joint Reinforcement.
3. Specify the presets for the reinforcement by switching the appropriate buttons.
4. Click OK to confirm the entries.
5. Select the desired placement in plan display.

   Note: Joint reinforcement can only be applied to slab types for which you can define a profile at the joints.

6. Enter settings for the placing parameters.
7. Click OK to confirm the settings. The reinforcement is displayed.
