Element states and actions

Element parameters, precast slab + Parameters, definition range + Element parameters, precast wall + Modifying wall elements

Regardless of whether you actually use the status admin definitions (on the Catalog menu), you can check and change the element states and the element actions, which the program always sets when designing.

An element is initially given the states you have defined for a valid precast element on the Configuration Menu. The actual states are not checked until you have finished designing or modifying the design.

States

Valid geometry

This state is only switched off if the geometry was not created correctly.

Lattice girders added

This state is switched off if it was not possible to place the specified girders due to geometric problems.

Note: If there is no as-Value, the state defined in the configuration is retained (as basic reinforcement is not calculated and checks cannot be performed).

Correct basic reinforcement

This state is switched off when the "not reinforced sufficiently" message appears when the reinforcement is created.

Note: If there is no as-Value, the state defined in the configuration is retained (as basic reinforcement is not calculated and checks cannot be performed).

Automatic fixtures

Automatic fixtures are fixtures that are created automatically during the design calculation process. Provided automatic fixtures are selected in the configurations, this state is switched off when the program was not able to calculate assembly anchors/lifting bolts for hollow core elements or lifting points for BubbleDeck.

Structural analysis completed

At the moment this state is not analyzed.

Shear force calculated

Provided this state is selected in the configurations, it is switched off when errors occur during shear calculations or a marking option is selected for shear design in the Program sequence parameters.

Correctly attached reinforcement / Attached reinforcement without free bars

These states only serve as additional identifiers of precast elements and cannot be used to define "valid" elements.

Actions

Rearranged

This level of progress is given to a precast element as soon as it has received a valid mark number.

Element plan printed

This level of progress is given to a precast element as soon as it is displayed in the preview.
Requirements: select the Print Element Plan function in Element Plan or select the Printer check box (data output) in Element Plan in Batch Run tool.

Stacked

This level of progress is given to a precast element as soon as it has been stacked using the Stack tool.

Data transferred to production

This level of progress is given to a precast element as soon as data for production has been generated using the Production Data Transfer and Production Data/NC Generator tools.
