Tool(s): Modify Parameters, Basic Reinforcement
Select the check boxes of the parameters you want to modify and enter a new value. The program ignores the parameters you have not selected.
General
Factory
Select a factory you have defined in the Factory catalog in the Catalogs.
Panel type
You can change the panel type for hollow core element, prestressed hollow core element, TT slab, BubbleDeck, Cobiax slab, concrete brick slab and suspended brick slab.
Slab thickness (d)
Total slab thickness including in-situ concrete.
Panel thickness (d')
You can increase the panel thickness of individual elements to account for local conditions, for example.
Concrete cover (bottom/top/lateral)
Concrete cover of reinforcement at bottom for half floor, BubbleDeck, Cobiax slab and brick slab; concrete cover of reinforcement at bottom and top for other slab types. Lateral concrete cover can be defined for BubbleDeck and Cobiax slab only.
Concrete grade
Select a concrete grade in the catalog.
Exposure class
Enter the appropriate exposure class.
You need to include the exposure class in reinforcement drawings according to DIN 1045-1, section 4.2.1 (3). Cement formulation, minimum concrete cover and minimum concrete strength grade depend on the exposure class.
Fire resistance classification
Select the fire resistance classification you need in the catalog for BubbleDeck and Cobiax slab.
Status
You can change the element states and actions determined by the program.
Switch cutting edge / stop position
You can rotate the panel by 180 degrees, placing the cutting edge or stop position on the opposite side. You can do this for hollow core element, prestressed hollow core element, TT slab, BubbleDeck, Cobiax slab, concrete brick slab and suspended brick slab.
Additional text for mark number
Additional text for mark number.
Additional attributes
You can select this button only if you defined entries in the configurations beforehand. Click the Name button to select an attribute or cancel its selection. You can change the data entry box by defining defaults in the configurations.
The program analyzes the attributes as follows:
Note: The first attribute is predefined for prestressed hollow core elements. The program labels the panels with the text you entered for the selected attribute. This way, you can specify whether or not there are drainage holes in the panels.
Loads and reinforcement
Permanent load (g)
Load on floor structure in [kN/m2].
Attention: the deadweight of the slab is added automatically!
Live load (p)
Imposed load in [kN/m2].
Note: When using standards based on EuroCode, you cannot change the imposed load type for individual elements. If there a different types of imposed loads within a placing region, you can take these into account by creating several placing regions.
Girder type
Select a girder type in the catalog.
Shortening 2./3. longit.dm. (%)
The program shortens longitudinal bars of the second or third diameter by the value set (as a percentage of the panel length).
req. bar cross-section asx/asy-bottom and top
Enter the required bar cross sectional areas in [cm2/m].
Reinforcement type
Depends on the reinforcement method selected. If you reinforce according to the as-Value, changing this value only causes the reinforcement type to change. The program determines the correct reinforcement type automatically. If you reinforce (manually) using the reinforcement type catalog, you cannot change the as-Value. However, you can change the reinforcement type.
