Module(s): Catalogs
'General' tab
Created on:
Date of creation of the data record.
Last modified:
The most recent modification date.
Description:
User-defined name for the concrete grade.
Specific weight of reinforced concrete / concrete: [kN/m3]
This is required for the calculation of the element weights.
E-modulus: [N/mm2]
This is printed on output lists.
You need to enter the average E-modulus Ecm for DIN 1045-1 and EC2.
ID Number:
Some control systems require this reference number. The number is user-definable and must be unique.
Color:
User-defined name for the concrete color. This is passed to a control system (production), which can use it in various ways (e.g., to see that all the concrete on a pallet is the same color).
Material number:
The external list generator can analyze material numbers as article numbers (for commercial interfaces).
'Design' tab
Strength
fck,cube / fcwk: [N/mm2]
This is required for structural calculations. You must enter a value for this.
Enter the cube strength fck, cube for DIN 1045-1 and EC2.
fck: [N/mm2]
Enter the cylinder strength fck for the selected concrete grade.
fctm: [N/mm2]
Enter the mean value of the axial tensile strength fctm for the selected concrete grade.
fctk;0,05: [N/mm2]
Enter the value of the quintile of the axial tensile strength fctk;0.05 for the selected concrete grade.
Analyses of lateral force and bond: [N/mm2]
Tau Rd / Tau d: values in accordance with EC2 and Austrian standards.
vRdj,max/vRdi,max: maximum shear force in the joint. This value is required for analyses in compliance with DIN 1045-1:2008-08 and DIN EN 1992-1-1:2011-01 .
Compressive strain: [%]
Material characteristic of the selected grade of concrete.
Enter the ultimate strain εcu for DIN 1045-1 and EC2.
'Production' tab
The program takes into account the following settings when creating production data.
Concrete spreader
Apparent specific gravity of fresh concrete: [kN/m3]
The value you specify is transferred as apparent specific gravity. If the value is 0, the program uses the specific weight on the General tab.
Correction of concrete quantity: [%]
The program takes the panel thickness from the geometry of the panel and transfers the result of panel thickness * ( 1 - correction of concrete quantity [%] / 100) as the panel thickness. The reduced panel thickness does not affect calculations of other data entry fields (e.g. panel weight, ...).
Fixtures for production and lists
Surface fixtures for concrete areas:
You can assign a surface fixture from the fixture catalog to the concrete grade. This assignment is used for transferring the concrete areas to production and for analyzing the concrete areas. Select a fixture in the list box.
Thickness
Minimum thickness in the area of concrete strips: [mm]
'Display' tab
Line display
You can make settings for the Pen, Line and Color. These settings are used to display the borders of concrete areas in accordance with the concrete grade of the relevant area.
As defined in general settings: the settings on the Format toolbar are used.
Settings from donor component: the settings of the component are used.
Custom definition: the settings you make for the Pen,
Line and
Color on this tab are used.
Section Display
You can specify whether a Hatching style,
Pattern or
Fill is applied to the concrete of a specific concrete grade in sections.
To select a surface element, select the relevant check box, click in the box and select the surface element you want to use. To switch a surface element off, clear the relevant check box. If all check boxes are cleared, surface elements are not displayed.
Note: In addition to a fill, you can also select a hatching style or pattern; in this case, the fill is used for the background color.
'->Standard' tab
Assignment of the individual entries to the relevant standards.
The selected entry is applicable to the selected standards. If no field is selected, the entry is valid for all the fields.
