Status admin configuration entry

The following definitions are required if the status is to change automatically with specific Allplan tools. So that you can use the automatism, it is essential that you define a status for valid and invalid elements.

'Valid precast element' tab

States for a valid precast element:

Definition of precast element states. A valid precast element has to fulfill these conditions. Depending on the element type, different states can be selected:
The conditions a valid precast element has to fulfill are predefined for the configuration of walls that are created with the Wall Element Design tool.

Element status for
Valid / Invalid precast element:

Status the program assigns to the element when designing or modifying after having checked the states defined. The list box includes all the entries that are defined in the status admin catalog and assigned to the current factory.

'Rearrange/element plan/stack' tab

"Rearrange marks" / "Print element plan" / "Stacking" action
valid for elements with status / New element status:

Define the automatism for raising the status. Select the minimum status (= Valid for element with status) the element has to reach before it can be raised to the new, next higher status (= New element status) and the new element status. The list box includes all the entries that are defined in the status admin catalog and assigned to the current factory.
If you want to ignore a specific action, just leave the two boxes empty (= ---).

Notes:

• Make sure that the number of the new status is greater than that of the previous status in the status sequence.
• For Rearrange marks, the program takes into account both the mark number changed manually using the Modify Mark Number tool and the mark number that may have been assigned during design (with the Ascending or Identical setting in the Configurations, Design configuration entry, Marks tab).
• For Print element plan, the current algorithm sets this action and the associated status as soon as you open the preview for the corresponding element. Requirements: select the Print Element Plan tool in Element Plan or select the Printer check box (data output) in the Element Plan in Batch Run tool.
• For Stacking, the action and the associated status are when you select the Stack tool.

valid for elements with status / New element status:

See 'Rearrange/element plan/stack' tab. You can use the Production Data Transfer and Production Data/NC Generator tools to set the action and the associated status.
