Note: It is essential that you define a status for valid and invalid elements. Otherwise, you cannot use the automatic status assignment tool.

'General' tab

Created on:

Date of creation of the data record.

Last modified:

The most recent modification date.

Name:

User-defined name for the status. This name is displayed in the Status Admin tool and in the list box of the Status admin configuration. You can enter up to 9 characters. Watch out for upper/lower case letters!

Description:

User-defined description providing detailed information on an individual status.

Status sequence:

Entry of a number to identify an individual status. These numbers must be entered in ascending order (from the lowest status to the highest status).

Locking:

Changes possible / Geometric changes locked / All changes locked

You can specify which changes can be made when the relevant status is set.

'->Fact.' tab

Assignment of the individual entries to the relevant factories.

The selected entry is applicable to the selected factories. If no factory is selected, the entry is valid for all the factories.
