Calculate a user-defined load case

Arguments

lc (load case)

Load case name

SDL (superimposed dead load)

Define, if the load case should be added to the summation load case of the superimposed dead load

The definition of the load case itself is done in an additional entry for the load, which can be created via the context menu or the Actionbar.
