Specifying the contacts to whom the current package is to be sent

Sending layouts and other files using Allplan Exchange (how to)

You can specify the contacts to whom the current package is to be sent and the associated layouts and data formats in the Allplan Exchange dialog box in the Contact column in the middle ( column view) or on the right ( list view).

Using this column you can

• Add contacts to the contact list
• Specify data formats
• Set a layout filter
• Specify the contents of the distribution note
• Remove contacts from the contact list

Important!
Selecting contacts requires the contact list, which is provided by Allplan Exchange Web.
Users that cannot access the Allplan Exchange Web web platform cannot add contacts. In this case, the data can only be saved in the folder specified for the Local file storage.
