Removing contacts from the contact list

Specifying the contacts to whom the current package is to be sent

You can remove all contacts from the contact list except the local file storage.

The layout formats and the layout filter set for the contact you remove are saved in a project-specific and user-specific manner. In other words, when a user removes a contact from the contact list and then adds this contact again, the contact is automatically given the same settings that the user had initially selected for this contact.

To remove a contact from the contact list

• Allplan Exchange dialog box (How) is open.
  

  Activate the Allplan Exchange dialog box in one of the following ways

  • The Layout module is open.

  • Menu bar: Create Layout Allplan Exchange Layout Distribution

  • Toolbar: Basic Tools Layout flyout Allplan Exchange Layout Distribution
  • Palette: Tools Basic family Create area Allplan Exchange Layout Distribution

• Click the relevant contact in the Contact column with the right mouse button. On the shortcut menu, select Remove contact.

  The program removes this contact from the contact list without prompting you to confirm.

  Note: This operation does not affect the contact list on the Allplan Exchange Web web platform.
