External single panel schema

Module(s): Process Planning

You can output single schemas of the panels, pallet loading layout plans or Kombiplans on a laser printer or plotter. To include instructions for production planning in a single panel schema for slab elements, for example, you need to save these instructions as smart symbols.

Start the program and select individual panels of the current project. When you have defined several plotters in the Plotter configuration , you can then select the output medium.

The program opens a menu which looks different depending on the element type:

F1 Start

Starts data entry.

F3 Copies

Specifies the number of copies.

F5 Format

Specifies the paper format.

F7 Orientation

You can choose between portrait, landscape or automatic when creating single panel schemas of half floors and walls.

F9 Scale

You can set the scale for single panel schemas of half floors and walls. If the drawing is too large for the paper format set, the scale will adjust automatically. The MaxSize setting means maximum size.

Special features relevant to half floors:
When you have configured the program to place several elements on one sheet or set the scale to MaxSize scale, the MaxSize setting is always used, regardless of the scale set.
When you have configured the program to fit the largest number of elements on one sheet (number of drawings 0/0) or set a fixed scale is set in the configuration, the MaxSize setting cannot be used.

S1 Col/Row (Wall EPA only)

You can determine how many wall elements are to be placed side by side (in columns) and one below the other (in lines) on a sheet. In the case of large paper formats (A2, A1, etc.), it makes sense to fit several elements on one sheet (e.g. landscape):

A4 1/1 = 1 element/drawing (2/1)

A3 2/1 = 2 elements/drawing (3/2)

A2 3/2 = 6 elements/drawing (5/3)

A1 4/3 = 12 elements/drawing (7/4)

Use combinations of these values for portrait format. The largest number of elements to be fitted on landscape and portrait format appears in brackets. An entry is not possible when you have selected the automatic feature.

S2 *Total, S3 *Fixture, S4 *..., S5 *... (Half Floor EPA only)

You can select user-defined EPA configurations here. They are only available when you have activated them in the configuration.

S3 Double, S4 *Solid, S5 *Brick (Wall EPA only)

You can use these functions to filter wall types: Only the selected element type is output. This allows you to exclude specific elements from output. For example, you can configure the program to output double wall elements only although the relevant project includes double and solid walls. These three switches are active by default.

S7 Sector

If you selected the screen driver (monitor) e.g., for checking purposes, then any section can be enlarged. After defining the selection window, you have to press F1 Start again.

S8 Sec.MAX

The previously enlarged section is restored. To ensure that all elements are displayed correctly, press F1 Start again.
