The Railing toolbar includes all the tools you need to create railing elements and to draw railings.

You can split railings. The regions split get the division style of the previous region. In other words, the positions of the posts and fields can change in regions split. |

Delete regions |
You can delete the regions of an existing railing. As a result, the railing only consists of one region, which gets the division style of the formerly first region. |

You can open the Settings dialog box, where you can make more settings for creating railings. |

Polygonize circle/polyline/spline |
This tool automatically polygonizes circles, 2D polylines and splines while you are entering points. In doing so, Allplan starts at the end of the circle, polyline or spline that is nearest to the last point. |

Create regions |
You can divide an existing railing into regions. As a result, all regions are given the division style of the formerly undivided region. You can modify the regions later (see Changing division styles). |

You can define the positions of posts in an existing railing. The offsets of the division style change. |

You can select the region of the railing. |
Reverse |
Use this to change the position of the railing in relation to the path (left/right) (cf. Reverse offset direction for walls). |
