Modifying railings

You can use Modify railing to modify an existing railing.

Both the division style (of the regions) and the railing style (defines how a railing is displayed) can be modified.

After you have selected the railing, it is displayed in the preview and you can make the following changes:

• You can change the division style of a region.
  Select the region to be changed in the Region box.
• To change the railing style of the entire railing, use one of the following options:
  • Click Match railing style to use an existing railing style.
  • Open the Railing Properties dialog box.
• You can quit by pressing ESC.

Tip: You do not need to click the base edge (path) when you select a railing. You can click any element of the railing.
