Usage

The railings/fences created are normal groups of smart symbols or 3D objects.

You can use the general-purpose modification tools as usual:

• Move
• Mirror without Copy
• Rotate

To select the whole railing, click its path (cf. stair's line of travel).

Tip: To exclude the path from display in hidden line images or animated sequences, deactivate Smart symbol foil A in Show/Hide.

The Railing toolbar includes railing-specific modification tools:

• Modify railing (railing properties)
• Modify points of path
• Fold railing
• Split railing
• Join railings
• Delete railing
• Create regions
• Delete regions
• Move posts
