Calculate the effects of creep & shrinkage for all concrete elements of the system which are active at this time and store them in the defined load case (if applicable, also effects due to relaxation of the prestressing steel are considered)
All loads, which are stored in the total summation load case defined in the calculation options, are considered.
Important note: This storage is not done automatically, if this calculation task is used directly, but must be performed using the calculation task LCADDTO. Also, the defined total summation load case must be created using the calculation task LCRESET and the loads to be considered must be added to it.
The concrete age of each element for the creep and shrinkage calculation as well as the duration are taken from the definitions of the construction phases (also see INSTCONC).
The values of the relative humidity and the temperature are defined in the Property window of the construction phases.
Note: If the calculation option Autogenerate calculation tasks is activated, creep and shrinkage is calculated fully automatically after each change of the structural system (i.e. activation of members or springs) and after each application of permanent loads. The permanent loads to be considered are automatically added to the defined total summation load case and retrieved from it.
