Exporting routes temporarily to Allplan

Tool(s): Exporting routes

1. Select the route or one of its station points in the tree structure or Elevation preview.
2. Click Export Route Temporarily on the shortcut menu, Route toolbar or File menu.
3. Define the position of the drop-in point in the dialog line and place the finished component, which is attached to the crosshairs, in the workspace.

   Note: You can define the anchor point within the component on the Define Anchor Point tab in the General Properties of the bridge and civil engineering modeler.

4. You have the following options to edit the exported route in the bridge and civil engineering modeler:
   • Modify the route. Then click Update Temporary Route to update the component in Allplan without exporting it again.
   • When you have finished modifying the route, click Lock Temporary Route to finally place the component in Allplan without exporting it again.
   • If you want to delete the route exported temporarily to Allplan, click Delete Temporary Route.
