NC generator configuration

'produce' tab

Max. number of data blocks:

Specify the maximum number of data blocks that the girder machine can handle.

Produce normal girder:
Produce shear girder:
Produce secondary girder:

You can specify the criterion for producibility for the girders here.

Insertion angle for wall / slab robot:

Enter the insertion angle here. You can enter one or more values. Example: 0, or 0,90, .

Grab offset for double grab:

At the moment this parameter is not used.

Transfer predominant girder type only:

If there are different girder types in a panel (e.g., shear or secondary girders), then the program transfers the girders of the predominant type to the machine and so avoids any delay caused by breaks in production.

Producible girder heights:

This allows you to exclude girders from production based on their heights (as entered in the girder catalog). The value is in meters and you can enter several values. Example: 0.10,0.12,0.14,0.16,

Non-producible lengths:

This allows you to exclude girders from production based on their lengths (as entered in the girder catalog).

You can enter one or more values. Example: 0-0.199, or 0-0.199, 0.40,

Transfer z coordinate:

When enabled, the z coordinate (height) is transferred (interface-dependent).

'Sequence' tab

Panel number:
Cross shutter section:
x coordinate:
y coordinate:
Girder height:
Length:
Angle:
Girder type:
Mesh number:

You can enter ranking numbers to set the sequence for the girders.

'Sequence no.' tab

Sequence number for

If the girders are to be sequenced according to type, you can enter which girder type has priority here.

Bandwidth for x and y coordinates:

Where there are very small differences (e.g., at sloping edges), you can enter a range within which sequencing by coordinates is disabled and you can use other sequencing parameters.
