Pallet loading, options

Module(s): Pallet loading

F1 Sector

You can create a section window in each window in which the image is magnified. Press this tool and define two points to specify the window.

F2 RecZoom

Resets the zoom.

F3 *Alternating

Alternating placement of fitted panels:

Disabled: if a fitted panel fits on the pallet runner, then it is always placed on the bottom edge of the pallet.

Enabled: if a fitted panel fits on the pallet runner, then panels like this are placed alternatively on the bottom and top pallet edge (for even unloading of the concrete spreader).

F4 Opt.Met.

The "Optimization method" function provides different options for placing. These options vary depending on the shape of the panels you want to place (long, narrow, short, wide, a lot of fitted panels etc.). The optimization methods apply to the automatic tools as well as to manual loading.

F5 AutoProg

You can select one of the six automatic programs and/or modify the defaults. Depending on the setting, the program places a predefined number of stacks fully automatically.

First you need to select the appropriate number of stacks. This varies depending on the program you have set. Click the field with the stack number (see illustration). Click S9 Auto to start the automatic program.

F6 WorksPar

Works parameters: pallet size, dimensions of cross shutters, and presets of the items listed above. You will find more details in the chapter on the Pallet loading configuration for the slab and wall program.

F7 *CrosDi

If this switch is activated, then half panels are placed without any space for longitudinal shutters (cross dividers). Some works attach cross dividers (e.g. PVC runners) to half panels in production in order to increase efficiency of the concrete spreader. The width of these cross dividers can be ignored. In this case, you need to make sure that the program does not use longitudinal shutters of the normal width. Otherwise, there is not enough space on the pallet for the second panel.

F8 Delete

Deletes a panel from the pallet. Make sure that the selection rectangle completely covers the panel to be deleted. You can place this panel again later.

S1 Pal.No.

The pallet with the number you enter is displayed on screen (even if it is still empty).

S2 Free

Free movement of a panel: you have to click a panel corner and a pallet corner. The bottom left corner is the drop-in point of the new panel. The values entered for x and y define the distance from the reference point. The program places the panel accordingly. You need to select this function before you place the panel.

S3 *Move

Automatic feed on/off. Enter one of the following values:

0 = the automatic feed is not used.

1 = automatic feed for wall elements: if the bottom right corners are congruent, then the program places the element on the right cross shutter. Similarly, if the bottom left corners are congruent, the program places the element on the left cross shutter. If the corners are not congruent, the placing direction set is used. This setting can also be used for slab elements.

2 = 1st panel at start of pallet, 2nd panel at end, the remaining pallets are placed in the space between them (use first and last cross shutter).

S4 Rot.180

The panel is turned through 180°.

S5 Rotate

The panel is rotated through the angle entered.

S6 *CounterF

A coordinate counter can be enabled for a specified window. This helps you to more easily estimate relative sizes. The origin for the coordinates is automatically set on the bottom corner of the pallet or panel.

S7 >Leaf

You can switch between leaf 1 and leaf 2. The label indicates which leaf is currently used for loading.

S9 *Auto

Starts automatic operation (see AutoProg). You can cancel this process by pressing any key while the countdown is on (you can set the countdown using F6 WorksPara or the Pallet loading configuration for the slab and wall program).

During this time, you can interrupt the automatic program by clicking S9 *Auto . By "countdown" we mean the time in seconds elapsing between panels during automatic production. Press S9 *Auto to resume automatic production.

You can only start automatic operation when you have selected the appropriate number of stacks.
