Module(s): Pallet loading, options
Program 1:
All stacks are placed one after another. The panels in a stack are processed in the order in which they were stacked. This does not mean that the panels are placed exactly in that order on the pallet as this depends on the optimization method.
Program 2:
A previously selected stack is automatically placed. The panels are processed in the order in which they were stacked.
Use this module if there is only one unstacking position.
Program 3:
Two previously selected stacks are automatically placed. The panels are processed in the order in which they were stacked. The program takes the panels in turn and compares the two stacks. It places each panel so that the best use is made of the remaining area on the pallet.
Use this module if there are two unstacking positions.
Program 4:
Three previously selected stacks are automatically placed. The panels are processed in the order in which they were stacked. The program takes the panels in turn and compares the three stacks. It places each panel so that the best use is made of the remaining area on the pallet.
Use this module if there are three unstacking positions.
Program 5:
Four previously selected stacks are automatically placed. The panels are processed in the order in which they were stacked. The program takes the panels in turn and compares the four stacks. It places each panel so that the best use is made of the remaining area on the pallet.
Use this module if there are four unstacking positions.
Program 6:
Four previously selected stacks are automatically placed. The program takes the panels in turn and compares the four stacks. It places each panel so that the best use is made of the remaining area on the pallet. The panels can be placed in any order on the pallet.
Use this module if there are sufficient unstacking positions.
