Pallet loading, navigation

Module(s): Pallet loading

The panels of the active stacks are displayed in the small fields. Click a panel that you wish to place. The panel is loaded and displayed in the left box above the pallet. The panel size and the most important reinforcement data are entered in the text box above. At the same time the program places the panel on the pallet. Protruding fixtures are taken into account (provided you have set the relevant parameter in the fixture catalog).
However, this is only a suggestion. You can still modify the position of the panel. Now you can use the Free, Rotate, Rot.180 functions on the menu to change the panel's position on the pallet. You can also click an edge of the pallet to move and place the panel there.
If the concrete grades of the elements differ, the program will issue a warning. You can suppress this warning in the configurations for process planning.

When a pallet is full, click the arrow on the right to get a new (empty) pallet.

Loading of pallet leaf 2:

The program automatically places the two leaves of double wall elements on leaves 1 and 2 of the pallet. You can use leaf 1 or leaf 2 for loading. You can toggle between the two leaves using a submenu, which you can activate by clicking S7 >Leaf .... Select F1 Leaf 1 or F2 Leaf 2 (the current leaf is marked with an asterisk (*)) and exit the menu by clicking S0 --END--.

The pallet’s label varies depending on the selected leaf:

You can only place slab elements on leaf 2 when there is a double wall element on the pallet. In this case, pay special attention to the settings in the configuration of the NC generator. In addition, you need to make sure that panels are not on top of one another. The program does not check for collisions.

Automatic pallet loading:

Points to bear in mind when pallets are loaded automatically:

You need to select one or more stacks for the automatic programs 2 to 6. Click the stack number you require at the top of the screen.
When you click *Auto, the program automatically places all the panels or the panels of the selected stacks on pallets (depending on the selected automatic program and optimization method). Leaf 2 only includes double wall elements. Slab elements or single-tier wall elements are not placed on this leaf.
