Placing mode: custom placement in polygon
Tool(s): Secondary Bars, Freeform - Place
Requirements: two bars placed freely at the start and end of the placement. The bars must have the same diameter and similar geometric shapes. Furthermore, the marks must be two different ones that have not been placed elsewhere.
To place bars polygonally in components that can be modified linearly in 3D space
- Click
Place in the Secondary Bars, Freeform Context toolbar. - Select the mark to be placed by clicking one of the freely placed bars. Alternatively, enter its mark number after selecting the Rebars option in the Input options.
- Set the placing mode to
Custom Placement in Polygon and click OK to confirm. - Select the second bar for the placement by clicking the second freely placed bar. Alternatively, enter its mark number after selecting the Rebars option in the Input options.
- Select the number of bars to be placed.
- Click OK to confirm the settings. The reinforcement is created, whereby the two initial bars are deleted and a new mark number is assigned for the created bars.
- Use
Dimension Line / Label to create the dimensioning and labeling later for the placement.
