Placing mode: freehand

Tool(s): Additional Bars, Freeform - Place

To place freeform additional bars freely

1. Select the view in which you want to place the bar.
2. Select the placing parameters.
3. Click OK to confirm the settings.
4. Place the mark as you require.
   You can use the data entry tools to assist you.
5. Press ESC to finish
6. Click OK to confirm the dimension line type
   or
   click Cancel to skip dimensioning entirely.
7. Set the label parameters and place the placement label (you can define the text angle in advance), create the manual leader if required
   or
   click Cancel if you want to skip labeling.
8. When you have configured Allplan to create a layer symbol ( Options, Reinforcement, Labels page) and you have not yet placed this symbol along with the label, you can now select a layer symbol in the input options and click the drop-in point or a bar segment
   or
   you can skip layer marking by pressing ESC.
