. - To save settings as favorite files, click
Save Style. Enter a name. - If you wish to use already saved settings for your entries, click
Get Style. Select a file and confirm. - You can set various parameters on the Context toolbar.
- In the Input options you can select whether to set the static supports manually (Manu) or automatically (Auto).
- If you select ‘manual’, you should then enter the first point of the support line.
- Enter the bearing width in the dialog line.
A positive value has the effect that the support line is created at a positive offset to the line entered. A negative value has the effect that the support line is created at a negative offset to the line entered. It is irrelevant whether you enter the line in a clockwise or in a counter-clockwise direction.
Press ESC to quit the tool. - If you select 'automatic', you should then click on the relevant walls one after another. If you want to provide supports to several walls at once, you should use the brackets tool or select the relevant walls by clicking the left mouse button (white-white).
- The program creates the support lines. Assuming that you have enabled the
Structural System on/off tool (in Plan Display), then the program displays the support lines graphically. - Go on to the next line support or finish with the tool by pressing ESC.
