Palette for Window/Door/Shading SmartPart + Sectional Door SmartPart + Up and Over Door SmartPart + Lifting Door SmartPart

Using this tab, you can define how the elements making up the SmartParts for Sectional doors, Up and over doors and Lifting doors look in 3D.

3D representation tab

Format

Layer: select the layer on which you want to place the design entities of the SmartPart in 3D. The AR_SEC layer is set by default.

Format from Layer: when you select this option, the settings for pen, line type and color are taken from the selected layer.

Pen / Line type: when Format from Layer is not selected, you can choose the pen and line type.

Colors

Hardware / Panels / Frame (for sectional doors and lifting doors)
Door leaf / Hardware / Frame (for up and over doors): when Format from Layer is not selected, you can choose the colors you want to use.

Surfaces

Hardware / Panels / Frame (for sectional doors and lifting doors)
Door leaf / Hardware / Frame (for up and over doors): click the button to select a surface file for 3D (SURF file format, Allplan surface file). Click to switch off surfaces.

Note: The ToolTip of the SmartPart always shows the layer you selected on the Format toolbar when you created the SmartPart. This layer includes the instance of the SmartPart. But the elements that make up the SmartPart are on the layers you assigned to them in 2D and 3D.
