Requirements

Rooms entered in the Rooms, Surfaces, Stories module using Room, for example.
Attributes assigned using the individual tabs, which you can open by clicking Properties in the Room tool.
Area type and other attributes assigned using the DIN277, Floor Area tab, which you can open by clicking Properties in the Room tool.
Additional parameters can be specified in the Area Calculation, Application dialog box. For example, you can specify the calculation mode or a value to be subtracted to account for plaster.

Room groups - area comparison.rdlc	Groups of rooms created with Group Rooms, Stories, including name, function, DIN277 floor area, living space (unfinished dimensions), living space (less 3%), living space (finished dimensions) for each group; final total.	In the Report Viewer, Parameters palette, User Interaction area, you can show the individual rooms of the group and filter by group (apartments). In the Report Viewer in editing mode, you can sort the Name and Function columns alphabetically in ascending or descending order. Based on the room name or room function, you can zoom in on and select report elements in the workspace.
