Description
Definition of a vertical line load within a load case definition.

Examples
TASK LOADQY 1 LOCAL 0 2 "uload=2" "mass=TRUE" "descr=Road"
The load is geometrically given by a load unit 2 in cross section.
TASK LOADQY 1 LOCAL 0 16 "uload=" "q=10.000" "pos=P3" "qfact=" "descr=Qy_P3_1"
The load is constant 10.0 and the point of application is given in the cross section at point "P3”.
