Export overview of authorized project users

Managing Allplan users and their access rights

The authorized Allplan users for projects in a workgroup can be found in an overview that is available in CSV, TXT and XML format. The relevant project owner is shown separately.

The files are stored in the central file storage folder in the workgroup (see "Create and approve the central file storage folder").

To export an overview of users authorized to work on the project

• The workgroup manager is licensed and selected (see "Select Workgroup Manager")
• You have administrator rights for the Allplan workgroup.

1. Click Project and Resource Administration (How).
   

   Activate Project and Resource Management in one of the following ways:

   • Menu bar: File

   • Keyboard: Ctrl+Shift+O

   • Title bar: Allplan icon
   • Title bar: Quick Access Toolbar
   • Shortcut menu: Hovering over the empty workspace Right mouse button

   The Allplan Exchange dialog box Project and Resource Administration dialog box opens.

2. In the left-hand toolbar, select the Workgroup Server project data path.
3. If you wish to export the overview of users authorized to work on all projects of a workgroup server:
   Right-click Server in the Server column and when in the shortcut menu, go to Export authorized project users.

   Or:

   If you wish to export the overview of users authorized to work on specific projects:
   Right-click the project and when in the shortcut menu, go to Export authorized project users. If you want to select several projects, highlight these beforehand.

   Note: Alternatively, you can export an overview of those authorized to work on one or several projects from the Project members overview dialog box (shortcut menu for projects -> Export authorized project users).

   Windows Explorer is automatically opened and, when in the Central file storage folder it shows the stored projectUsersExport.* files.
