Project and Resource Administration dialog box
Within a Allplan workgroup, this is an overview for the Allplan users authorized to access individual projects.
Note: Users are generally created and managed via Allplan User Administration (see "Working in network environments in a local workgroup").
Table
Project name
Display the projects edited in the Allplan workgroup.
User ID
Display the Allplan User ID for unique identification of a Allplan user.
The user ID will automatically be assigned upon creating the user and cannot be changed.
Note: The relevant project owner is shown in green.
Shortcut menu for projects
Properties
Opens the Project Settings dialog box, in which project owners and those authorized to work on a project can be changed by the administrator of a Allplan workgroup.
Change project members
Opens the dialog box Select project members, via which you can define the authorized Allplan users for a project.
Export authorized project users
Exports the overview for an authorized Allplan user to access a project in CSV-, TXT- and XML format into the projectUsersExport.* files (stored in the workgroup’s central file storage folder).
Allplan User Administration
Opens the Allplan User Administration dialog box, via which you as administrator of a Allplan workgroup can create new users, change the properties of existing users, and delete users.
Lower toolbar
Filter
Opens the Enter filter dialog box, with which you can filter those involved in projects based on users.
