Space Allocation Wizard

You can use this tool to open a txt or xls file in the Space Allocation Wizard window and edit it there. The xls or txt file must be in a specific format so that it can be read by the Space Allocation Wizard.

When you open a space allocation plan (list) that you have exported to and modified in an external program, the existing rooms are updated (provided you create the rooms in the same drawing file).

To open a file in the Space Allocation Wizard

1. On the File menu, click Open.
2. Select the file format, path and file.

   The file opens in the Space Allocation Wizard window.
