Space Allocation Wizard

You can use this tool to empty the Space Allocation Wizard window in order to enter a new space allocation plan.

To enter a new space allocation plan

1. On the File menu, click New.
2. Click a in the Space Allocation Wizard window with the right mouse button and, on the shortcut menu, click Add room.

   The Room dialog box opens.

3. Enter attributes for the room and click OK to confirm.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to enter more rooms.
5. When you have finished entering rooms, you can do the following:
   • Create rooms in the drawing file
   • Save the space allocation plan as a xls file using Save / Save as
