FTP server

You can use an FTP server to download data from and upload data to technical support. The download area provides the latest hotfixes, for example. Upon request, technical support will create a folder for you in the Upload area so that you can upload data. You can then use this folder to upload data to the Allplan FTP server. These data can be accessed, saved and deleted only by our employees.

You can use the browser (for example, Internet Explorer) to access the FTP server.

An FTP client program considerably facilitates the process of downloading and uploading data. For example, use the freeware Filezilla program.
