Uploading data using the browser

If you agree, technical support will create a folder for you in the Upload area. You can then use this folder to upload data to the FTP server. These data can be accessed, saved and deleted only by you and our employees.

To upload data to the FTP server

1. Select the relevant file(s) in Windows Explorer and click Copy (Ctrl+C) on the Edit menu.
2. Open the Upload folder and then the folder that was created for you.
3. Insert the file(s) using Edit -> Paste (Ctrl+V).

   Note: If this tool is not available to you, drag the data into the upload folder (select the relevant file(s), click within the selection with the left mouse button, keep the mouse button held down and drag the files to the Upload folder. Then release the mouse button).

4. Notify technical support of the data.
