Select a factory whose configurations you want to use.
As-values
Click to define the diameter and spacing, if necessary, and enter the required cross-sectional area in the longitudinal and transverse directions
or
use the results of a FEA calculation. This requires a fully completed FEA calculation of a half floor designed using the tools in the Precast Slab module. If the results of the FEA calculation are not available, you can import them by clicking the FEA data import button. Click the upper button to select the FEA drawing file. You cannot use FEA results for meses you want to place individually.
Parameters
Define the production direction of the mesh, the spacing between the longitudinal and cross bars and the reinforcement layer of the longitudinal bars. In addition, you can specify whether assembly bars are created and reinforcement is staggered.
You cannot change the percentage of the welding thickness.
Graduation parameters
Define graduation parameters for the reinforcement (if Stagger longitudinal bars is selected in the Settings area).
You can define the percentage of continuous longitudinal bars. This value is taken into account when the Alternating shortening option is not selected. For reinforcement graduation, the bars can be shortened in relation to mesh dimensions based on a percentage you specify or you can opt for a general shortening based on fixed values.
Note: You can define the settings for attached reinforcement in the General area of the Configurations. Click to read these settings into this dialog box.
