Configuration(s): slab programs: pallet loading + wall programs: pallet loading
Countdown:
The time in seconds elapsing between panels during automatic production. The automatic process can be interrupted during this time.
Warning for bar overlap > shutter width:
A warning is issued if the bar overlap of a panel exceeds the shutter width.
Max. number of longitudinal bars / pallet:
The limit value for the maximum number of longitudinal bars on a pallet. A panel cannot be placed on a pallet if this value is exceeded. This parameter is for the reinforcement robot cycle time. It ensures that the work at the reinforcement station does not hold up the whole process.
Max. number of panels / pallet:
You can limit the number of panels on a pallet.
Max. panel optimization length [m]:
At the moment this function has no effect.
Automatic feed:
Disabled: the automatic feed is not used.
Enabled: 1. panel at start of pallet, 2. panel at end of pallet, the remaining pallets are placed in the space between them (use first and last cross shutter).
Congruent: for wall panel production: if the bottom right corners of the wall shells are congruent, the element is placed to the right hand cross shutter. If the left corners are congruent, the element is placed to the left. This method is used for the first and last cross shutter for wall panel production but can also be used for slabs.
Mutual moving of fitting pieces:
Disabled: fitting pieces are always placed at the joining edge (see below).
Enabled: fitting pieces are placed on the pallet alternately bottom and top in order to ensure that the concrete spreader empties evenly.
X direction: the program checks in the X-field only whether the panel can be placed.
Y direction: the program checks in the Y-field only whether the panel can be placed. In practice this setting is not used. If there is a fitting piece at the start of the pallet, there is no room for a wider panel on the pallet as only the remaining Y-fields are checked.
X or Y: the X-field is checked first and then the Y-field if there is no solution.
Y or X: the y field is checked first and then the x field if there is no solution.
Area: the program checks both the X and Y-fields for possible placing. The field with the most capacity remaining will be used.
The selected optimization method applies to the following automatic program as well as to manual placing. You can change it during the process.
Automatic program:
Program 1: all stacks are placed one after another. The panels in a stack are processed in the order in which they were stacked. This does not mean that the panels are placed exactly in that order on the pallet as this depends on the optimization method.
Program 2: a previously selected stack is automatically placed. The panels are processed in the order in which they were stacked.
Use this module if there is only one unstacking position.
Program 3: two previously selected stacks are automatically placed. The panels are processed in the order in which they were stacked. The program takes the panels in turn and compares the two stacks. It places each panel so that the best use is made of the remaining area on the pallet.
Use this module if there are two unstacking positions.
Program 4: three previously selected stacks are automatically placed. The panels are processed in the order in which they were stacked. The program takes the panels in turn and compares the three stacks. It places each panel so that the best use is made of the remaining area on the pallet.
Use this module if there are three unstacking positions.
Program 5: four previously selected stacks are automatically placed. The panels are processed in the order in which they were stacked. The program takes the panels in turn and compares the four stacks. It places each panel so that the best use is made of the remaining area on the pallet.
Use this module if there are four unstacking positions.
Program 6: four previously selected stacks are automatically placed. The program takes the panels in turn and compares the four stacks. It places each panel so that the best use is made of the remaining area on the pallet. The panels can be placed in any order on the pallet.
Use this module if there are sufficient unstacking positions.
Joining edges:
The default setting is bottom (relative to the screen). You can set it to top.
Placing direction:
Panel placing direction.
Displacement double wall on 1st cross shutter for:
Special parameter for wall panel production: to save on cross shutters, the pallet loading can be arranged so that leaf II (the leaf that is produced second) is always placed at the edge of the pallet. Thus leaf I projects out above the edge of the pallet. In the NC generator the leaf is moved back to the start of the pallet again.
You can only use this option if every leaf can be flipped. This function cannot be used if the whole pallet is flipped.
