Configuration(s): slab programs: pallet loading + wall programs: pallet loading
'Pallet' tab
Pallet length [m]:
Sets the pallet length.
Pallet width [m]:
Sets the pallet width.
Concrete density [to/m³]:
The average concrete density of the element used to calculate the weight (see next parameter).
Max. pallet weight [to]:
If required by production constraints you can enter a maximum weight here.
Pallet length prompt
If you select this parameter, then a new empty pallet is automatically prompted in the pallet loading module. You can either confirm or change it.
Draw panels in plan view:
If you select this parameter, then every solid wall panel will be drawn in plan view if it is not rectangular in cross section. If necessary this means you can see any niches, poured joints, edge profiles for placing the panel.
Suppress warning when concrete grades differ:
When you place elements of varying concrete grade on a pallet, the program issues a warning. You can suppress this warning by enabling this option.
'Shutters' tab
Width of the first cross shutter [m]:
Sets the cross shutter width at the start of the pallet. This is not necessarily the true width of the available shuttering. You can also enter a larger value and in this case the first shutter is positioned slightly farther away from the start of the pallet.
Width of the cross shutter [m]:
Enter the true width of the standard shutter (or a multiple).
Width of the last cross shutter [m]:
Sets the cross shutter width at the start of the pallet. This is not necessarily the true width of the available shuttering. You can also enter a larger value and in this case the first shutter is positioned slightly farther away from the end of the pallet.
Note:
If the first shutter is positioned slightly farther away from the start of the pallet, you need to enter a larger value for the offset of the first panel edge to the pallet edge in pallet loading. Check that the first panel is positioned correctly. This is important as the NC generator does not change the panel coordinates on the pallet.
Never increase the cross shutter width in the configuration of the NC generator, which only includes the widths that are actually available.
Runner breadth [m]:
Width of the runner.
Consider overlap of stirrup cage:
When you enable this option, overlaps of stirrup cages are taken into account when the offset is calculated.
Width of the shutter at miters [m]:
Width of the shutter at miters. This type of shutter is used at wall element miters. There has to be sufficient room between the slabs.
Width of the shutter at inclined edges [m]:
At the moment this function has no effect. Please enter 0 to avoid an error occurring (panel does not match pallet).
