Invoicing configuration entry

Configuration(s): Process Planning, Floor Programs: Lists/Schedules

'Invoicing' tab

Single panel schedule:

Summarized: the single panel schedule is summarized.

Detailed: the single panel schedule is detailed.

not: no single panel schedule.

Prompt: you can specify whether a summarized or a detailed single panel schedule is to be generated. You can also choose not to create a single panel schedule.

Billed according to:

Concrete quantity: summary of the billed area according to concrete surface area of the elements.

Free bars: summary of the billed area according to concrete surface area plus free bars.

Outer-outer: summary of the billed area according to the outside surfaces of the floor plan.

Prompt: you can specify whether calculations are to be based on outer-outer, concrete quantity or free bars.

Calculation of panel area in accordance with:

Panel shape: the panel area is calculated based on the actual panel shape.

Enclosing rectangle: the panel areas are calculated from the enclosing rectangle.

Prompt: you can specify whether the panel area is to be calculated based on the shape or enclosing rectangle.

Girder weight:

Based on weight: the girders are measured and listed in accordance with their actual weight.

Based on bottom boom: the girders are measured and listed in accordance with the weight of the bottom boom.

Prompt: you can specify whether the girder weight is to be calculated based on the weight or bottom boom.

Prompt cutting waste:

Cutting waste for bar + stirrup reinforcement:

Cutting waste for girders:

Cutting waste for meshes + bent-up meshes:

The weight of the steel is increased by this factor (calculated as a percentage). When you have selected Yes for Prompt cutting waste, the program proposes the values for the cutting waste.

Bill staggered bars according to concrete quantity:

Concrete cover [m]:

This is a special method. It is not described here.

'Quantities 1' tab

Invoice type:

Invoice: prices are included.

Measurement sheet: list of quantities without prices.

not: only the single panel schedule is output.

Prompt: the program prompts for the invoice type.

Bar list in measurement sheet according to:

Details: the various girder types, longitudinal, cross and additional bars are listed separately.

Girders: the girders and the bar reinforcement are listed separately.

Steel total: the steel total is summarized.

Detail+steel total: the various girder types, longitudinal, cross and additional bars are listed separately and the steel total is summarized.

Prompt: you can specify whether and how bars are to be summarized.

Girder quantities in accordance with:

Use: the lattice girders are not invoiced based on their actual use and not by type or name. In particular, this setting affects normal girders that are used as shear girders.

Girder type: the lattice girders are invoiced separately by standard girder, shear girder and Montaquick girder. You have to enter the unique reference for shear and Montaquick girders so that the program knows the differences between the girder types.

Prompt: you can specify whether lattice girders are to be invoiced by use or type.

For quantities in accordance with girder type:

Characteristics for shear girders:

Characteristics for Montaquick girders:

Enter the unique reference for shear and Montaquick girders if you wish to have quantities in accordance with girder type. The unique reference consists of the reference letters and a concluding underscore (e.g., KTS_, KT_).

Standard concrete grade for half floors:

Other concrete grades are listed as ”Extra charge for concrete grade” (per m2 of floor).

'Recesses' tab

Measurement of recesses:

Project-related: all recesses are included even when only a part of the project (some stacks, for example) is invoiced. When you invoice another part, all recesses are listed again. Trans-panel recesses are not double counted (conforms to VOB - the German Construction Contract Procedures).

Panel-related: Trans-panel recesses are converted to two separate recesses of undefined size.

Stagger project-related recesses:

according to limit area: recesses are listed in the measurement sheet and/or invoice based on the limit area for recesses (one value only) defined in the Production Data Transfer tool. An example:
8 recesses < 1 m²
4 recesses >= 1 m²

according to stagger: recesses are listed in the measurement sheet and/or invoice according to the values defined here. An example:
3 recesses < 0.15 m²
2 recesses < 0.50 m²
3 recesses < 1.00 m²
4 recesses >= 2.00 m²

Note: With the panel-related setting, recesses are always invoiced by stagger.

Stagger recesses according to size:

Recesses are combined based on the limit areas you enter here.

Calculation of shutter length of recesses:

Yes: the shutter length of recesses is calculated.

No: the shutter length of recesses is not calculated.

List round recesses:

Round recesses are included.

Ignore recess area [m2]: (only when recesses are invoiced on a panel-related basis)

Recesses greater than this value are subtracted from the element area.

Prompt for ignore recess area:

You can set here if there are different threshold values of recess areas to be ignored. You will be prompted each time an invoice is created. If you enter 'No' here, then the fixed value entered in Ignore recess area is used.

'Dimensions 1' tab

Enter the standard dimensions for half floors here.

Standard panel width 1 [m]:

Enter the width for standard panels here.

Half panel width 1 [m]:

Enter the width for half panels here.

Standard panel width 2 / 3 [m]:

You can enter a second and/or third width for standard panels here. Enter 0 if you do not want to enter a second or third width for standard panels.

Half panel width 2 / 3 [m]:

You can enter a second and/or third width for half panels here. Enter 0 if you do not want to enter a second or third width for half panels.

Standard panel thickness [cm]:

Enter the standard thickness for panels here.

Round thickness for additional concrete to:

Specify whether additional concrete is to be rounded to 0.5 cm or 1.0 cm.

'Dimensions 2' tab

List half floors, element lengths >:

Half floors that are longer than the value set are listed separately as ”Extra charge for over length” (per m2 of area).

In addition, you can enter the standard dimensions for the other slab types.

Standard panel width 1 / 2 / 3 [m]:

You can enter up to three values for the width of standard panels here. Enter 0 if you do not want to enter a second or third width for standard panels.

Half panel width 1 / 2 / 3 [m]:

You can enter up to three values for the width of half panels here. Enter 0 if you do not want to enter a second or third width for half panels.

'Invoice' tab

Add to invoice/quantities:

No: nothing is added to the invoice.

Yes: you can decide to add information to the invoice.

Customer-specific prompts: special customer-specific computation modes can be used. With these you can also program customer-specific lists.
