Reinforcement configuration entry

Configuration(s) Double wall: calculation + Concrete wall: calculation + Wall panel: calculation

General bar overlap:

General bar overlap of the reinforcement. If you enter a negative value here, the reinforcement will remain behind the concrete face by this amount. The value will only be used if another value for the bar overlap is not explicitly entered for the design or if a smart fixture symbol or the Bending shapes at any edge tool does not produce this value.

For double and concrete walls, separate parameters are provided for defining the bar overlaps at the element edge and in the area around openings. For wall panels, you can define the top and lateral bar overlaps.

Cut bars at recess width:

[m] The reinforcement at openings that are narrower than the entered value is not cut.

Cut bars at recess height:

[m] The reinforcement at openings that are smaller than the entered value is not cut.

The following parameters are only available for double walls: The program uses these settings to check the edges while calculating the reinforcement.

Check panel edge:

This setting defines whether the underside, the top, both sides or no side should be checked for flipping.

Missing edge length in percent:

Enter a value for the missing edge length in per cent.
