Configuration(s): Half floor: entry
'Panel arrangement' tab
Standard panel width:
This has the highest priority in calculating the panel sizes if Place Standard Panels is enabled.
Half panel width:
Turn on the Place Half Panels option toggle to place panels of this width. The value can take into account any required longitudinal runners in production.
Maximum fitted panel width:
If this value is exceeded, the program creates 2 (smaller) fitted panels at the position you specify.
Minimum fitted panel width:
If this value is not adhered to, the program creates 2 (larger) fitted panels at the position you specify.
Preferred position of fitted panel:
Specify whether the fitted panel(s) is/are to be created at one or both sides of the side support or in the middle of the placing region. When design is to take the maximum element weight into account, the fitted panel(s) is/are always created at one side of the side support, regardless of this setting.
Maximum element weight:
[to] Initial value for the maximum element weight. You can also define one (or more) cranes and crane locations on the drawing. In this case the program calculates the maximum weight from the lifting radii and takes this into account in the division.
If standard panels cause the maximum element weight to be exceeded, the program will generate half panels (as with cranes). If the maximum element weight cannot be met even when half panels are used, the panel widths will be reduced incrementally by a fixed value of 5 cm until the maximum element weight is maintained.
Each panel is checked individually. This way, standard panels can also be created after half panels.
Combine half/fitted panels while taking max. element weight into account:
When element design takes the maximum element weight into account and half panels are placed, the last half panel and the fitted panel or the two fitted panels are combined into one panel if this does not cause the maximum element weight to be exceeded.
Minimum web width:
The program will not form panel web widths narrower than this value. They can result from unfavorable dimensions (at a room corner) or around an opening. A practical value is 8-10cm. Narrower web widths than this cannot really be produced and tend to break in transport.
Joint between elements:
[cm] Initial value for the joint between the individual panels.
'Formwork attributes' tab
Formwork attributes for panel edges:
No chamfer / Chamfer / Special formwork
You can define defaults for the shell attributes for the different panel edges. When designing, you can select more attributes in the basic parameters. All attributes can be combined as desired.
'Marks' tab
Assignment of marks:
Specify which mark numbers are assigned to precast elements when they are created. Elements that are modified later are also given the mark numbers specified here. This also applies if you have rearranged the elements manually using the Modify Mark Number tool in the meantime.
Zero: the elements are initially assigned the mark number zero and will be rearranged manually later.
Ascending: the elements are assigned numbers in ascending order.
Identical: while creating elements, the program automatically performs various checks based on the following criteria:
