You can enter any name. This name is displayed in the Longitudinal section / End face section list box in the General tab of the panel type catalogs of the hollow core element, prestressed hollow core element, TT floor, BubbleDeck and Cobiax floor and in solid floor design when it comes to selecting a section type.

Assigned fixture:

You can assign a linear fixture from the fixture catalog to the section. Select a fixture in the list box.

Joint section type:

To specify the dimensions of a joint, select between a predefined joint section (Type A or Type C), a sloping edge (Type B) and a freely-definable section. When designing a solid floor, you can use the Section button in the Section name area to set up basic versions for these sections.

Dimensions:

Define the dimensions for the selected section type here. These dimensions are used for the basic versions if you select a section type for the design of a solid floor in profiling in the Precast Floor module.
You can define custom joint sections by entering the x and y coordinates of the individual corners. The reference point is at top left; i.e. positive x values are applied to the right and positive y values are applied downwards.

The selected entry is applicable to the selected factories. If no factory is selected, the entry is valid for all the factories.
