Normal meshes and stirrup meshes for statistical evaluation (LEIT 2000).
'General' tab
Max. number of data blocks:
You can set a maximum for the number of data blocks. If a pallet exceeds this number, then the rest of the data is discarded.
Transfer stirrup cages to welding facilities:
When enabled, stirrup cages are transferred as straight meshes to welding facilities.
Create bending data:
When enabled, custom welding data blocks of the RODSTOCK data structure are created by the ULB interface.
Transfer stirrup cages as fixtures
When enabled, stirrup cages are transferred as fixtures (enclosing rectangle).
Type/installation codes:
Type and installation codes (defined in ULB interface) for stirrup cages transferred as fixtures
'Attached reinf.' tab
Max. number of data blocks:
You can set a maximum for the number of data blocks. If a pallet exceeds this number, then the rest of the data is discarded.
Set z coordinate (STEELMAT):
Normally, the z coordinate is set in the RODSTOCK data record. When enabled, the z coordinate is set in the STEELMAT block. However, the control system must not interpret the z coordinate in the RODSTOCK data record as an offset!
Remove assembly bars:
no, left, right, on both sides
When enabled, assembly bars calculated by the CAD system are removed and not transferred.
Calculate assembly bars:
When enabled, the NC generator calculates assembly bars so that the mesh can be produced (the default is provided by the machine's manufacturer).
Production direction starts at:
x min, x max
Defines the production direction.
Position of robot:
y min, y max
Defines the production direction.
'Attached reinf. 2' tab 2'
Min. diameter of assembly bar:
Max. free length of assembly bar in x / y direction:
Max. overlap of assembly bar is 0 degrees in / against production direction:
Max. overlap of assembly bar is 90 degrees on turning side / opposite turning side:
Turning information:
Disabled, bottom/top, as usual
Manufacturer's defaults for the calculation of assembly bars.
