External program, Unitechnik edge attributes

Module(s): External program, special production + NC generator

You can use this program to apply attributes to selected edges of the panel shape. You can assign these formwork attributes in Allplan.
The NC generator analyzes these attributes and transfers them to the ULB interface (Unitechnik). You cannot use this program to apply attributes to edges of slits, copes etc..

In the case of half floors and double walls, the fase information is only applied to the lower side of the pallet as the upper side does not require any fases. The fase information is thus always placed automatically.
A useful default setting is available for half floors and double walls.

F1 *Element

Use this tool to select elements by clicking on them.

F2 *Area

Use this tool to define an area by clicking on two points.

F4 Sector+

You can zoom into a section of the drawing (magnify).

F5 Sector-

Resets the zoom back to previous.

The following attributes are assigned for edges selected in S3 and higher. This is not an additive process; in other words, the attributes are always overwritten in their entirety. If you have not selected any of these attributes, the program deletes all attributes.
The individual attributes can be combined as desired. However, it is the control system that defines priorities.

F7 *Fase b.

Enables or disables fase information at the lower side of the pallet.

F8 *Special

Enables or disables special formwork.

F9 *Poured

Enables or disables the poured joint.

F0 *Fase t.

Enables or disables fase information at the upper side of the pallet (inlet).
This attribute is only valid for solid elements (solid walls and floors, hollow core elements, ...). Although you can use this attribute for half floors and double walls, it is not of relevance and usually ignored by control systems.

S2 >BOTH / >LEAF1 / >LEAF2

Switch provided in the wall program. You can use it to edit the two leaves of double walls simultaneously or separately.
Note: Leaf 1 is always valid for the other wall types.

You can use the following keys to select the edges to which the selected attributes are applied. Different keys are available for slabs and walls.

Edges for the slab program:

S3 *InSpan

‘Smooth’ edges at the enclosing rectangle in direction of span

S4 *Fitted

Other edges at the enclosing rectangle in direction of span (usually the support edge of a fitted panel)

S5 *Transv

Edges at the enclosing rectangle transverse to span direction

S6 *Sloping

All sloping edges

S7 *Other

All the other edges that cannot be assigned (e.g. copes etc.)

Edges for the wall program:

Note the following special feature relevant to selecting edges:
You can select both leaves at the same time and still make different settings for the edges at leaves 1 and 2.
In this case, the program displays a dot instead of an asterisk. You can reset and check the individual edges by switching between >LEAF1 and >LEAF2.
If >BOTH is activated, you can only enable or disable the two edges together!

S3 *Wall TL

Edges at the top level of the wall

S4 *Wall BL

Edges at the bottom level of the wall

S5 *Left

Edges on the left wall side of the enclosing rectangle of the panel

S6 *Right

Edges on the right wall side of the enclosing rectangle of the panel

S7 *Sloping

All sloping edges

S8 *Other

All the other edges that cannot be assigned (e.g. copes etc.)
