By Production Planning or process planning (AV) we mean the preparation of a project for production. This ranges from list and plan generation to pallet loading to data generation for machine control.

When you have completed a drawing in the CAD system, you can further edit it using the external AV program.
This will only work if a project file was previously created using the Production Data Transfer tool.

To start the external AV program

1. Click Production Planning (How).
   

   Activate Production Planning in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Create Precast Factories Production Planning

   • Palette: Tools Create area in the following module(s):

   Production Planning

2. If necessary, set up the data structure for new factories. The program recognizes these factories automatically and adds them to the configuration menu. Select a factory. The program automatically activates the associated default settings.

   The external AV program starts.

3. Select a program by clicking F1 Slab or F2 Wall.

   You can click S8 ->Factory to select a different factory and thus use the associated default settings.
   

Note: If the AV program does not start, check the AV license and the path settings in the Disk_cfg.def file.
