Placing mode: place in batch
Tool(s): Additional Bars, Freeform - Place
A batch should have already been created using the
Define Batch tool. Make sure that the bars to be placed are part of such a batch.
To place freeform additional bars in a batch
- Click the first and second point of the placing line.
- Specify the mark's for the placement.
- Adjust the parameters for the position of the mark and click OK to confirm the settings.
- Select the placing parameters.
- When placing in series, you can modify the defined region by clicking in the input options.
- For single placements, you can place several placements with different parameters along the placing line in alignment.
- When placing in series, click OK to confirm the setting. For single placements, click Cancel to quit. The longitudinal bars in the batch are either lengthened or shortened depending on the placement region.
- When placing in series, you can now define the next placing region. You can also click Cancel to finish.
- Set the dimension line parameters and place the placement dimensioning.

click Cancel to skip dimensioning entirely. - Set the label parameters and place the placement label (you can define the text angle in advance), create the manual leader if required
or
click Cancel if you want to skip labeling. - When you have configured Allplan to create a layer symbol (
Options, Reinforcement, Labels page) and you have not yet placed this symbol along with the label, you can now select a layer symbol in the input options and click the drop-in point or a bar segment
or
you can skip layer marking by pressing ESC.
