Element plan in batch run

You can use the Element Plan in Batch Run tool to create all element plans for several elements in a batch run. The same settings are used for all element plans unless you have already created manual element plans with different settings.
Using a dialog box, you can specify whether change notices are changed and which elements are affected by the changes. These settings apply to all element plans.
You can create a list of the element plans generated so that they can be printed together. In addition, the element plans can be saved as files in DXF, DWG or PDF format or output in HPGL format. In addition, you can create element-based BVBS files (ABS format) for transferring reinforcement and bending information for the reinforcement.

To create element plans for several elements

1. Click Element Plan in Batch Run (How).
   

   Activate Element Plan in Batch Run in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Create Precast Precast Slab/Precast Wall/Structural Precast Elements

   • Palette: Tools Create area in the following module(s):

   Precast slabs

   Precast Wall

   Structural Precast Elements

   Production Planning

2. Click Properties to select a layout defined in the layout catalog for the element plans of the individual precast elements. In addition, you can choose the precast elements to be included in the element plans and specify the output type.
3. Select the elements by clicking them, enclosing them in a selection rectangle or using the bracket tool
   or
   Double-click with the right mouse button in the workspace to select all the elements.

   The element plans created are added to a list and/or output as files in DXF, DWG, PDF and/or HPGL format. The scope of the layout elements displayed depends on the settings in the selected layout.
   If selected, additional BVBS files (ABS format) are created for transferring reinforcement and bending information for the reinforcement.

   Note: The original settings are used for element plans you have already created manually (with the exception of the layout elements to be displayed).

4. If necessary, specify the formats to be printed if you have set data output to Printer and if there are element plans of varying sheet size and/or orientation.
   You can switch off individual formats. This can be useful if the printer does not detect formats automatically. All the sheets of the selected formats are created one after the other and can be printed.
5. For output click one of the buttons at the bottom of the dialog box if you have set data output to printer.
   

   	You can zoom in on a section in the list/schedule displayed. All you need to do is move the cursor over the area you want to zoom
   	You can open the Output Options.
   	You can copy the list/schedule to the Clipboard (as a text file with tabs). From there, you can paste it into other Windows programs.
   Allplan BCM	You can save the list/schedule as an Allplan BCM file (.xca). This option is not available with reinforcement schedules.
   Excel	You can save the list/schedule as an Excel-format file (.csv).
   	You can place the list/schedule in the drawing file.
   	You can print the list/schedule.
   Text Format	You can save the list/schedule as a text file (.txt).
   Close	You can close the list/schedule.

   Note: As an element plan can consist of several pages, which are consecutively added to the list, the number of pages in the list can exceed the number of the selected elements.
   

Note: In the case of double walls, the data of the visible and invisible sides is listed in the table in accordance with the settings in the layout catalog. Make sure that the positions of the two views for the unfolded leaves agree with the list in the table.
