Dimension recesses

Tool(s): Plan Display

To dimension recesses

1. Click Plan Display (How) and then Dimension recesses.
   

   Activate Plan Display in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Create Precast Factories Precast Floor/Precast Wall

   • Palette: Tools Create area in the following module(s):

   Precast Floor

   Precast Wall

2. Click Properties and set the dimension line settings.
3. Click the recess to be dimensioned.
4. Click a point on the slab to define the reference point to be used to dimension the recess.
5. Click a point in the workspace to specify where the dimension lines are to intersect.
6. The dimension lines are created automatically.
