Tool(s): Element Plan
You can use Change noticesto document the element plan history by defining entries, which you can analyze using attributes and label styles.
Define Index, Edited by and Comment by entering text directly. To enter a Date, you can open the calendar by clicking or you can enter the date directly.
To enter Change notices, you can open a table by clicking . The first column of the table is created automatically. You can add more columns by clicking
Add. To delete existing columns, select the columns and click
Remove.
If there are several change notices, you can use and
to switch between the columns of the table and change the entries directly in the dialog box.
The individual entries are analyzed based on the following attributes:

Note: The Changed on, Edited by and Change notice attributes analyze the special index. If the value of the special index is 0, the entry of the first column is analyzed. If this value is 1, the entry of the second column is analyzed. If it is 2, the entry of the third column is analyzed and so on.
