Attributes for layouts
Allplan assigns the following layout attributes:
- Layout name (can be changed)
- Layout number
- Internal creation date and modification date
- Width and height of the layout (as specified in the Set Up Page palette)
- Index (in accordance with the entry in the Index table area)
- Owner
- Write permission
The user can assign the following layout attributes:
In the 'Settings' area
- Display mode (can be selected)
- Hierarchic code (can be entered freely) Enter a value if you want to import Allplan layouts to BOS Document Manager.
- Layout type (can be selected)
- Layout name, layout created by and checked by (can be entered freely)
- Created on and release date (can be entered freely or selected using the calendar)
- Scale and layout format (can be entered freely)
- Index_2012 (can be entered freely; used for analyses in versions before Allplan 2013)
Tip: You can create more custom entries for the Layout format, Layout type, Display mode, Scale and Hierarchic code attributes.
In the 'Index table' area
- Index (can be entered freely; used for the name of the corresponding layout state; the last entry is displayed in the Settings area) with:
- Index type (Index or Subindex can be selected; sub-indexes are not included in the default layout legends that come with the program)
- Index created by, note general, checker name, checker note, approval name and index note (can be entered freely)
- Index date, checker date and approval date (can be entered freely or selected using the calendar)
