Updating the layout structure displayed

Specifying layouts and files for the current package

It is advisable to regularly update the layout structure when you are working in a workgroup environment and several users are involved in the same project or layout structure.

This ensures that the layout structure is always up to date.

To update the layout structure

• Allplan Exchange dialog box (How) is open.
  

  Activate the Allplan Exchange dialog box in one of the following ways

  • The Layout module is open.

  • Menu bar: Create Layout Allplan Exchange Layout Distribution

  • Toolbar: Basic Tools Layout flyout Allplan Exchange Layout Distribution
  • Palette: Tools Basic family Create area Allplan Exchange Layout Distribution

• Click Refresh layout structure on the upper toolbar of the Allplan Exchange dialog box.
