Finishing surfaces folder

 

 

Finish floors.rdlc

Finish floors (created using Room) and special floors (created using Floor) according to material, including graphics, room name, trade, dimensions, thickness and area; total area for each material and final total.

All openings are taken into account.

In the Report Viewer in liste_16 editing mode, you can sort the Room name column alphabetically in ascending or descending order.

In the Report Viewer, Parameters palette, User Interaction area, you can filter by material and show and hide the matrix.

You can zoom in on and select report elements in the workspace.

Finish ceilings (created using Room) and special ceilings (created using Ceiling) according to material, including graphics, room name, trade, dimensions, thickness and area; total area for each material and final total.

Roof folder

 

 

Roof objects.rdlc

Roof objects by story, including graphics, name, all object-specific parameters and total number of pieces per roof object; sum of roof objects for each story and total sum.

This report analyzes only SmartParts taken from the Roof folder in the 30YearEdition Finish folder (SmartParts library - Default path).

Windows, doors folder

 

 

Skylights.rdlc

Window elements (smart symbols, SmartParts) in skylights for each story, including story name, graphics, name, number of pieces, width, maximum height, area and overall area.
Total for each story and final total of window area.

Smart symbols for skylights must be created using Smart Window and Door Symbols.

SmartParts are created using Skylight SmartPart and Domed Roof-Light SmartPart.

Windows (details with prices).rdlc

Window elements (smart symbols, SmartParts) for each story, including story name, graphics, item number, position, name, material, number of pieces, casement details, wall thickness, width, maximum height, price and total price.
Total prices for each story and final total.

Casement details are only available if the smart symbols were created with Smart Window and Door Symbols or the SmartParts were created with Window SmartPart.

For price, the Price attribute is analyzed.

You can hide the Graphics and control the Position from room using the Report Viewer, Parameters palette, User Interaction area:

If the Position from room option is selected, the Place of installation column shows the name and function of the room to which the windows belong.
If the Position from room option is not selected, the Place of installation and Room group attributes of smart window symbols are displayed.

Window offset.rdlc

Window elements (smart symbols, SmartParts), including graphics, story, number of pieces, width, height, area, unfinished opening (width, height) and total window area and total number of pieces.

Window elements must be created with Smart Window and Door Symbols or Window SmartPart.

The program will analyze the joint only if you create the window with the Window SmartPart tool and define the Offset to opening on the Settings tab.

Window sills.rdlc

Smart window sill symbols and window sill SmartParts for each position (inside/outside); including material, number of pieces, thickness, length and total length. Total for each position (inside/outside) per story and material

Window sills must be created with Smart Window Sill Symbol or Window SmartPart - Window Sill.

You can show the component numbers in the Report Viewer, Parameters palette, User Interaction area.

Based on the component number, you can zoom in on and select report elements in the workspace.

Window openings.rdlc

Window openings and French window openings (created using Window) for each story, including object name, smart symbol name, material, number of pieces, maximum width, height and area.
Total for each story and final total of window area.

Area calculations are based on the maximum dimensions of the window opening and not on those of the smart window symbol.

In the Report Viewer in liste_16 editing mode, you can sort the Object column alphabetically in ascending or descending order.

Row of lights.rdlc

Rows of lights by story, including graphics, total length calculated, width, segment length, number of segments, flap alignment, curb height, start plate and end plate; number of segments with and without flaps per row of lights, including alignment and width of flaps.

This report analyzes only SmartParts for rows of lights taken from the Lighting rows folder in the 30YearEdition Finish folder (SmartParts library - Default path).

Domed roof-lights.rdlc

Domed roof-lights by shape (rectangular or round) and story, including graphics, name, number of pieces, curb height, dome height and unfinished opening (width, length or diameter); sum for each story and total sum.

Domed roof-lights are created with the Domed Roof-Light SmartPart tool.

Roller shutters.rdlc

SmartParts for roller shutters, sliding shutters and folding shutters for each story, including component ID and dimensions of the window opening (depth, height, length); total of window opening lengths for each story and final total.

Roller shutters, sliding shutters and folding shutters must be created with Verschattung_16 Shading SmartPart.

Shading.rdlc

Shading elements including the name of each element (roller shutters, sliding shutters and folding shutters) and number per story, wall thickness, dimensions of the window opening (height, width), window opening (in m²); total of shading elements and the associated window openings (in m²) for each story; final total of shading elements and the associated window openings (in m²) across all stories.

Shading elements (roller shutters, sliding shutters, folding shutters) must be created with Verschattung_16 Shading SmartPart.

Doors (details with prices).rdlc

Door elements (smart symbols, SmartParts) and sectional doors for each story, including story name, graphics, item number, position, name, material, number of pieces, door swing, wall thickness, width, maximum height, price and total price.
Total prices for each story and final total.

For price, the Price attribute of smart door symbols is analyzed.
