Adapting smart symbols to finish specifications

To retain the setting assigned

1. Open the Library palette in one of the following ways:
   • Click Smart Symbol Catalog (How).
     

     Activate Smart Symbol Catalog in one of the following ways

     • Menu bar: Create Bonus Tools Smart Symbols

     • Palette: Tools Create area in the following module(s):

     Smart Symbols

   • Open the Library palette.
     If you want to see only smart symbols, click Filter and hide Symbols and SmartParts.
2. Point to the folder that contains smart symbols with different settings for finish specifications and click Modify.
3. Point to Considers room finishing surfaces in animation, sections and click Match.

   Each smart symbol retains the setting assigned during definition when it is placed in a room with finish specifications.
